BRAND CONSTRUCTION

Working as part of EOS' in-house marketing team, the refresh of both sides of the business grew to include the typical suite of brand materials as well as a suite of custom architectural illustrations to be used across the portfolio and on corporate documents alike. We sought out atypical and unexpected touchpoints to provide personal and emotional connections on otherwise cut-and-dry business documentation and devised schemes to place the company's ethos of social and community responsibility at the brand's core. The goal was to develop materials that evoke the sense of luxury vacation that is so central to the company's services while also maintaining a tone formal enough to capture their serious and competitive presence in both the investing and hospitality fields.
